The goal of alignment planning is to sharpen and concretize the design and implementation of education and care services to ensure a viable, cohesive, high quality, community-wide effort for young children. ECA has experience doing Birth to Grade Three alignment work in Massachusetts through Race To the Top – Early Learning Challenge grants.

Our client typically is a school or agency that is the lead organization in community building, in which public and private stakeholders range from teachers, municipal leaders, families, community organizations to health services and local businesses each of whom have a voice in crafting a comprehensive and effective agenda.
